The Early Childhood Workforce Initiative launches the second study in a series which examines the experiences and challenges faced by members of the early childhood workforce. The lessons-learned from this series aim to help policymakers and others strengthen and support those working with young children and their families. Today, the Initiative launches a report focused on preschool teachers in Ukraine authored by researchers at Results for Development, the Ukrainian Step by Step Foundation, and the Institute for Education Development.
